Unboxing my experience

This hotel is an incredible find! Our room had breathtaking views of the Perfume River and was spacious and immaculately clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and served with a view that complemented every bite. A special shout-out to the attentive staff, especially Van Duc, whose warm welcome made our visit unforgettable.

Despite its luxury, I encountered several issues. The gym was a disappointment. it had just a running machine and a bike, not a true fitness center. Additionally, the pool area was rather unkempt, with tired and dirty lounge mattresses. I also found the buffet breakfast lacking in variety—definitely room for improvement.

I had an incredible three-night stay in a Deluxe Double with River View. The pool area offered a stunning view, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast buffet was extensive, providing an outstanding selection of both Western and Vietnamese dishes that made each morning delightful.

i had a great stay at ttc imperial during my visit to hue. the breathtaking views of the perfume river from my room were unforgettable, and the attentive staff made everything enjoyable, especially van duc, who helped arrange transportation. the buffet breakfast was delicious with so many options available.

The jaw-dropping views of the Perfume River from our room were absolutely unforgettable! The staff were super nice and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. Just a bummer about the keycard issues. 😅

The gym, if you can even call it that, is a joke—just a dusty running machine and a bike. The swimming pool? Let’s just say I expected a clean oasis, not a filthy birdbath. Honestly, I expected at least a complimentary drink for these issues, but I guess that’s too much to ask here.

I enjoyed delightful mornings with an extensive breakfast buffet offering both Vietnamese and Western options. The staff was welcoming, especially Van Duc, who made our stay memorable.

However, I faced daily issues with the room key stopping working after 10 AM. It was inconvenient to contact the reception each time for a reset.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes. Mr Van Doc made our stay unforgettable with his exceptional service. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, just a short walk to the river.

The creaky floor in our room was a bit distracting, and the cleanliness of the swimming pool could use more attention.

Room had stunning views, but the gym equipment was outdated and needs an upgrade.

The service was exceptional and the rooftop bar offers stunning views of the river, just perfect for a romantic evening! ! Van Duc at the front desk was incredibly helpful, even helped us with restaurant recommendations and made us feel really welcomed every time we returned to the hotel!

It wasn’t cheap per se, but the experience made it acceptable.
